September 2009 Update

I have been so remiss about keeping this updated that today I decided I simply had to do something about it. Time is such an elusive thing and slips away from us before we even realize it. Nevertheless - life continues to unfold in the most mysterious ways, offering up surprises and opportunities when and where we least expect them - and along with them, the most wonderful new friends. Love, family and friendships are the riches of life that I enjoy and relish the most.
Some of the new projects that I have been immersed in are the development of two new media projects that are near and dear to my heart. One is a TV show that will take me and my phenominal team all over the country to beautiful locations where we will interview men and women who are in a state of transition. We will also meet and talk to established professionals in various fields. Our show will be based on Body, Mind & Soul and will be positive, upbeat, and full of hope.
The other project will be a webcast, perhaps becoming a TV show, highlighting amazing, inspirational people who have overcome enormous challenges to go on to achieve great things. Both of these projects energize me with excited anticipation every day.

Off to Paris with You Go Girls!

Tomorrow (May 10) I am setting off on one of the most thrilling and long-awaited adventures of my life.... I am leaving for a week in Paris!!! I will be traveling with a small group of women on a trip that has been put together by You Go Girls, which I am so lucky to be an ambassador for. We will be doing all of the things that one must do in Paris. I will be taking pictures, of course, and some video, and when I get back, I will post a follow-up on the trip.
Until then, please take a look at their website - www.yougogirlstravel.com
They have a marvelous itinerary throughout the year, or if you prefer, they will even design a special trip just for you and your friends. What could be easier or more fun?
